1. About This Product

SecureNavigator is an offline security assessment tool that analyzes organizational security posture from an attacker's perspective and visualizes improvement priorities.

2. License Grant and Usage Scope

The developer grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product subject to these terms.

• Free edition is limited to personal or internal organizational use for self-assessment and evaluation experience.
• Pro edition is limited to evaluation, reporting, communication, and improvement planning within the user's own organization.
• Regardless of edition, commercial use for parties other than the user's own organization is prohibited. This includes, whether paid or unpaid, providing evaluation, advisory, reporting, assessment, consulting, or similar services to third parties. Such use requires a separate license appropriate for the intended use.

This license terminates automatically if the user violates these terms. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease use of the product.

3. Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the product.
• Circumventing license restrictions.
• Resale, sublicensing, lending, distribution, or public transmission.
• Embedding in SaaS or proxy services.
• Providing the product or its output as the primary value delivered to third parties.
• Commercial use for parties other than the user's own organization, whether paid or unpaid.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the product, including documentation, display, structure, text, and logic, belong to the developer. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

5. Support and Updates

Support, updates, fixes, and feature additions are provided at the developer's discretion. The developer does not guarantee support availability, response times, update frequency, or continuity.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will require re-acceptance within the application.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the product or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.

1. Nature of Assessment Results

Assessment results are rule-based analyses derived from user-provided responses and do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose. Recommendations and analysis results are provided as reference information. Results may vary depending on user environment, input accuracy, and underlying assumptions.

2. Framework Compliance

Framework compliance displays (NIST CSF, METI Guidelines, IPA Guidelines, etc.) do not constitute certification, conformity attestation, or official compliance determination.

3. What This Product Does Not Replace

This product is not a substitute for:

• Vulnerability scanning (Nessus, Qualys, etc.)
• Penetration testing
• Security audits
• Legal advice

4. Final Decisions

All final security decisions and implementations are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Data Storage and Backup

The product operates entirely offline and does not transmit data externally. Data is stored only in the user's local environment. Data backup is the user's responsibility. The developer is not liable for data loss due to user deletion, device failure, OS failure, reinstallation, or similar causes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The product is provided "AS IS". The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
